Frankly, I feel, this is a neutral questionnaire. It’s neither right nor wrong.
Reason for me bringing up this issue was simply because of some remarks/”shoutouts” I came across over FaceBook & Twitter.
Some that went ANTI/against e idea of celebrating. Self-righteous remarks like one has no desire to celebrate and despised those enjoying e ceremony. They stereotyped and categorized these jovial bunch as atrocious with awful behavior and what they did was unethical.

Now, I am not taking this entry on a personal level. I am voicing out the opinions from different perspectives.
For, number one, I am not a party go-er. Contradicting much, U say? Why? Just because recently I attended ZoukOut & countdown till wee early in e morning?? Hah! SO?? Does that give you every right to label me and the rest who went as a bad person?

| We ain't CHEAP, MORONS! |
People tend to misjudge me. What do they know? I never fail to disappoint each and every single one of my new-found friends with their “predictions”.
 |
| People close to my heart. We may be imperfect, but we are not raunchy. |
But, seriously. What’s e big deal w being a smoker and drawings all over one's body who drink excessively in a night club? That description does not make a person evil.
My Aunt smokes and is still a heavy smoker up till date. That alone doesn’t stop her from being a filial daughter, loving wife and caring mother. I exceptionally loathe those who think that a girl can’t smoke but a guy can. It should be, everyone should not smoke because it is unhealthy.
Well, truth be told. I tried picking up smoking back in my teens, it doesn’t work. I choked on the smoke, I instantly dislike it. I wish it has been otherwise, because I read that majority who smoked are skinnier than those who don’t, no? Facts: Smokers in e process of quitting gained weight. >.< There goes. However, for consolation, I am glad I was not hooked just by that 1 experience. I am able to save up the amount for designers’. =p
Tattoos. I appreciate body arts. I would love to get one if only it’s not against my religion. I could only wish.

| I might have beautified my tongue. How interesting aye? |
As for partying, I do not normally attend "social gatherings". I am very selective when it comes to accepting invitations. This habit o mine has been instilled from way back in my late teens till up to date. Clubbing has never been my kinda thang. I, myself, could not understand sometimes WHY every single occasion has to be celebrated in a club? There are so many other places in Singapore. Can someone kindly enlighten me, here?
Oh well, not every one shares the same opinion as U. As long as the other party didn't try to get into your way, there is no need for a fuss. Respect em, and U'll receive ur due respect. As easy as ABC.
Take for instance, e ZoukOut event. This year was our very first. We went because we want to experience it firsthand. We, too, want to join in the fiesta. Aftermath, both me & Yus talked, laughed and joked on the FUN and funny happenings. We concluded, we had tremendous fun together; however it might be the first and last time. What we cannot stand about the event was the jammed “human-traffics”. :S
 |
| This is not as bad if U were to experience it Urself. But then again, this is not so bad compared to IT show crowd's. =p |
We will not rule out partying. We will go as and when we missed it.
I don’t feel a need to explain myself to anybody BUT I just want to because I want to convey the message across PLUS it’s MY space.

Therefore, to those who irks, based on my own random guessing just on their lifestyle, I believe majority haven’t had a chance to try this out. I do not blame them. It might be due to their conservative upbringing. Yes, everyone is open to voice out their thoughts, but, please think before U spit. Do not make it sound like the other group is childish, immature, irresponsible etc just because they partied. LAME. Doesn’t mean U can’t and dislike, everyone else can’t and have to be in the same vibes as U too.
I understand some party-goers went overboard. If they get themselves wasted, still, they dun owe U anything. I may be wrong, but I think this bunch are simply down with over-jealousy and heart-pained to see others having a blast? If so, then one needs to do some soul searching.
In any ways, RELAXXX… it doesn’t make one any cooler, party or no party. Has anyone ever look down upon U for not having fun outside or mentioned what a boring life U’ve got there? If so, I feel sorry for YOU. They shouldn’t have. That's very rude. One could even have a hellaluva of a time, with their love ones at home. So, why despise others? Get a life and chill! Every one out here is just trying to unwind from those stress. Heavy workloads, piling paperwork and school projects. Give em a break, will ya?
It's never too old to have fun. One does not have to give up having fun just because one is an adult or even grandparents! I suggest, do something KERAZAY! Trust me, U'll feel good after tht.
Peace NO war, YO!
Sharing w U Derrick's Barry NYE 2010 LIVE! Just earlier on during the day, I tweeted about it. Unsure where and when will this famous Britney’s impersonator will be in town, and Allah granted my very last 2010’s wish.
